Le cool cover

I was asked to design this week's cover for an e-magazine, called le cool. I love to paint autumn lights probably more than anything so it was evident I'll choose that to my subject since it's a September issue. You can check the cover and also read an interview with me in Hungarian.

I've been doing a lot of colorful pieces at work lately so this week while I'm taking a break from work I'm also having a break from colors. Feels nice :)

Mimic!

Here are a few pages from the pitch bible of Mimic, which was my BA diploma project. Réka and I wrote 12 stories and then I painted concepts for some of them. In the last picture you can see 3D characters combined with a 2D background, this is pretty close to what we originally imagined. We've been working on this thing for quite a while now and got to know and love these characters and their world even more. Nothing's for sure yet, we still have a lot to do but we hope it's gonna be made someday.

We made it

Well that was it... Yesterday was our final presentation and thesis defence, school days are over (at least for now). It all went well, I'm very happy that I'm graduating with honors and get my degree in a few weeks. I'm officially allowed to relax now! :)
